Ballfield Renovation

When we took on the project of renovating Mel Harder Park in Chardon, it was incumbent upon us to restore this historic landmark to its opening day form, and even exceed its original condition. Details of this renovation included regrading of the dirt infield including the application of infield soil conditioning. Another task was reforming and re-edging the outer grass perimeter proportionally with the backstop and home plate. Baseball field seed mix was added as needed to allow a lush outfield. Home plate and the pitcher’s mound were realigned, squared off and centered to the backstop. Bases were squared and lined.

With the clean-up, renovation and removal of all debris from dugouts and bleachers, this great park is ready-for-play, and this community has a landmark to be proud of.

Storage Building from Scratch

With a growing need for year-round housing for the equipment and vehicles of P. Ianiro’s Lawn & Garden, it was taken into their own hands as this cavernous metal framed storage garage was built from the ground up. This facility now ensures that the efficiency, and quality of the equipment and machinery used is in top form. This will lead to better results on job sites.

Pool Refresh

This in-ground pool had taken on erosion, and general wear-and-tear over many years of an outdoor climate in Northeast Ohio. Through the skill and expertise of Pete Ianiro and his team, this pool was restored to its beautiful like-new form like the day it was built.

Perimeter Refresh

The trim around the perimeter of the driveway and walkways of this beautiful classic home were in need of a renovation as the existing railroad ties had seen better days.

Front & Back Renovation

This classic home in the depths of beautiful Pepper Pike was in need of waterproofing around its perimeter, as well as new paver patios for its front and back sitting areas. After digging deep around the foundation and applying waterproofing substrate, the patios were then paved, and designed to be inviting and livable. The back patio was finished off with gorgeous stone steps to lead to the patio at ground level.

Backyard Restoration

The back patio area of this classic home in Cleveland Heights was in need of clean-up, simplification and modernization. We wiped the slate clean by clearing the area, replacing the surface with a beautiful paver stone patio, and finished it off by rebuilding the steps out of the back door. The result is an inviting area that will be ripe for sitting outside on a beautiful night as well as entertaining.

Modern Patio with Drainage

This patio was installed into the backyard of this new home in Pepper Pike. It features a modern stone facade mixed with a tile floor surface that is timeless and also functional with underground drainage. This meticulous project is part of an ongoing design that began with the landscaping and lawn installation into the grounds of this beautiful property.

New Home Installation

This newly constructed home in Pepper Pike is in the process of having complete a yard and landscaping design installed by us at P. Ianiro’s. The front yard features tasteful shrubbery and flowering plants, along with strategic placement of stones, to take this beautiful home to the next level. An irrigation system is being installed prior to planting the grass, and a gorgeous deck/patio will be installed in the back of the home. Patio Renovation

When Ianiro Landscaping analyzed the state of this cozy patio in Aurora, Ohio, it was determined that years of growth and naturally growing foliage had deprived this space of its beauty. Through the vision of Pete Ianiro, this intimate space was transformed into a beautiful area that utilizes a combination of evergreen plants and seasonal plants, along with stone beds to transform this space into an extension of the living area of this lovely condominium. The homeowner was thrilled at the results voicing her “disbelief” at how amazing the space looked once the transformation was complete.

Erosion Control with Style

When erosion and unsightly brush debris continuously formed from water runoff on the grounds of this beautiful home in Novelty, Ohio, Ianiro Landscaping was summoned to design a solution to this problem that not only directed the water on a desired path, but gave the grounds an attractive look using stone path creations and ultimately a giant boulder catch basin. Curb Appeal Restoration
